Our course is IOSH approved, CPD certified, and will ensure your business complies with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002.

Under regulation 12 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002, it states that “every employer who undertakes work which is liable to expose an employee to a substance hazardous to health shall provide that employee with suitable and sufficient information, instruction, and training”.

It is therefore a legal requirement for employers to communicate safe systems of work in relation to COSHH and it is also required by the employee to cooperate with their employer to meet those obligations.
